Rising temperature may cause dehydration, heat exhaustion and heat stroke, if people did not take extra care. Studies reveal that in many cases, blood cells burst causing massive bleeding due to persistent heat. Also there were chances of ceasing of the cardiac activity at high temperatures while the consistent high temperature in environment may cause stiffness of muscles bringing them in contracted state. The symptoms in case of heat exhaustion were impaired consciousness, prolonged durations of sleep, restlessness and irritability, headache, blurring of vision, tremors and fits and scanty dark urine in decreased quantity. Experts suggest people to wear light-coloured and loose-fitting clothes and avoid exposure to sun to beat the heat.
